House League Evaluation Schedule 2012

In an effort to create more balanced teams for U8–U14 teams, the club has decided on a two stage evaluation process. Players are expected to attend their scheduled evaluation night, after which preliminary teams will be formed. These teams will be evaluated in more detail by the coaches and convenors over a one week period. We appreciate your patience during this time. We kindly ask that all players attend their session as it is the best way to assure a fair assessment and establish balance among all of the teams in each division.

Following your child’s evaluation night, you will be contacted by your child’s coach concerning your first practice by Sunday May 20, 2012 at the latest. if you have not received a call, please contact the club at whys-admin@westhamiltonsoccer.com.

Player's that have requested to Play-Up in a higher division must attend BOTH evaluation nights: the division for their age group and the requested division.

Evaluations will carry on unless there is, or has been, a heavy rainfall.
