Photo Day, June 9, 2012

THIS SCHEDULE IS TENTATIVE

Photos – Our club photographer, EBO Photo, will be on the field taking pictures of every child in their new uniforms! A gorgeous composite of your child and their team is provided for you as a part of your registration. Order forms are for additional photos available on this page's sidebar, if you wish to order additional photo packages. Players on two teams – bring both jerseys! Rep Players - bring both your home and away jersey!

BBQ – Every player and sibling in the club will be given a hotdog, drink, and bag of chips free of charge, courtesy of the club.

On-Field Fun – Your child’s convenor and coaches will be leading a fun-filled soccer skills time for their whole division at Churchill.

RAIN PLAN

In case of rain, photos will be taken inside the G.R. Allan School Gymnasium (located at the south end of Churchill Park), instead of at the fields. If this is the case, there will be no on-field activity and photos will be followed immediately by the BBQ. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled photo time.

Tentative Schedule

Due to the overlapping of division schedules, hundreds of kids will be involved at Churchill on this day at any given time, and thus, we will be following the schedule rigidly. It is critical that you follow closely the times and events laid out for your child’s division.

Can't make it to Photo Day? Team photos are a composite of individual player photos, so please attend one of our make-up sessions:

Monday, June 11th - Dalewood Fields, 5:45-7:45 pm

Tuesday, June 12th - Dalewood Fields, 5:45-6:45 pm; Churchill Fields, 6:45-7:45

Wednesday, June 13th - Churchill Fields, 6:30-7:45 pm
